That means the feedback you get is grounded in how the test is actually scored, not generic English coaching. We can't guarantee a band score increase, but we can tell you that knowing which rubric dimension is costing you points and drilling specifically on that is a much better use of your time than blanket practice.
I'm Filipino — how does the Tagalog part work?+
You can switch to Tagalog at any point in a session, mid-conversation if you want. If an explanation isn't clicking in English — especially for grammar concepts that translate differently — just ask again in Tagalog. Maple will respond in Tagalog. It's not a translation layer bolted on after the fact; it's a native part of how she communicates.
