Is there a free trial?
Yes — the Monthly plan starts with 7 free days. A card is required up front and it continues at $39/mo unless you cancel before day 7. Cancel in two taps from settings.
What happens if I cancel?
Your access continues until the end of the billing period. We never auto-charge after a cancellation.
Is the Exam Pass really one-time?
Yes. One $99 payment gets you three months of full access with no auto-renew — nothing charges after that. It's the best fit for most test-takers, who study for a month or two and then pass.
Is this priced in Canadian dollars?
Yes — every plan is billed in CAD. International cards are accepted via Stripe.
Can I switch plans?
Anytime, from your subscription settings. Upgrades pro-rate, downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do promo codes work?
Some are entered at checkout via Stripe's promo field. Others are configured for AscendPrep partners — contact support.
