Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident that AscendPrep is the right fit. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

14-day money-back on first month

If you sign up for a paid plan and decide it is not for you within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, we will refund the full amount, no questions asked.

After 14 days

  • Monthly plans are non-refundable after the first 14 days. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the current billing period.
  • Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 14 days. Pro-rated refunds are not offered.
  • Renewal charges (any month or year after your first) are non-refundable. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the charge.

Exceptions

We will issue a refund outside the 14-day window in these circumstances:

  • Duplicate charge or technical billing error on our side.
  • Service unavailability we cannot resolve within 30 days of report.
  • Where required by applicable consumer-protection law of your home jurisdiction.

How to request

Email support@ascendprep.io with the email address on your account and the reason for your request. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds appear on your card statement within 5–10 business days.

Cancellation vs refund

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing — that stops future charges but does not refund the current period. To get money back you must request a refund by email per the eligibility rules above.

Promo codes and gift subscriptions

Subscriptions paid for with promo credit, gift cards, or affiliate-issued discount codes are non-refundable except where required by law.
